This page explains how to delete your Rupta account, what gets removed, and what may be retained for legal or operational reasons. Account deletion is permanent.

1. How to request deletion

From inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Rupta and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the action when prompted. Deletion begins immediately.

By email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address associated with your Rupta account to fe.debello13@gmail.com with the subject line "Account deletion request". We may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

4. Subscription cancellation

Deleting your Rupta account does not automatically cancel an active Rupta Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, and only those platforms can cancel them. Before deleting your account, please cancel the subscription:

If you delete your account first and then cancel the subscription, you will continue to be billed until you cancel via Apple or Google.

5. Timeline

Account deletion begins immediately upon confirmation. Your profile and content become inaccessible to other users right away. Removal from active systems typically completes within 30 days; backups containing residual data are rotated within an additional 30 days.
